Owned by Adrien and Cecile, Sacrebleu! is dedicated to baking the most authentic French cakes and biscuits using the most traditonal recipes and techniques. Sacrebleu! is partcularly well known for their range of Canelés de Bordeaux and Madeleines amongst other French delicacies.

Sergio's Kitchen

Sergio’s Kitchen provides delicious handmade fresh desserts. We use the best and local suppliers and ingredients from Australia in order to make batches of donuts, cannoli’s, brownies, scrolls and Greek sweets. With no machines and no preservatives, these are all handmade by one pastry chef for the enjoyment of making delicious desserts with love.

Macadamia Madness

Brother Mountain Macadamias

We roast, flavour and make macadamia nut butters out of the nuts grown on the farm. We find the products are a healthy and rich pantry staple for gluten free and dairy free diets. Most products are vegan (except our cacao and honey butter) and all nuts are grown on our farm.

Shinji Hiraoka, one of the first Japanese Chefs in Australia is continuing an integral part of his family Tradition, carrying the name of his mother handcrafting Miso to their Family Recipe. Miso is an extremely versatile Ingredient & Shinji has included some recipes for you too!

Granola Goodness

MG Food Co

After struggling to find healthy, enjoyable food that satisfied my sweet tooth, I began experimenting, sharing my granola creations with friends, family, colleagues, neighbours and basically anyone who didn’t have a nut allergy. In 2017 it ended up in the hands of a local café owner who began serving it with his acai bowls. Mamma G (aka my mum) soon jumped on board and we now bake granola in our Sydney kitchen whilst pondering life and talking loudly with our hands.

Nomad Spices

Working closely with chefs from around the globe I have developed a skill to bring authentic, regional spice blends into my cooking. NOMAD spices specialise in freshly ground spice blends.

We also provide custom blending for those want stand out from the crowd. NOMAD spices products are considered to be a preferred choice of spices for many industry professionals. Ranging from baker, butcher and cheese makers.

Prickle Hill Produce

‘Prickle Hill’ is Owned and operated by Roy and Judy Duffell. Roy is a third generation prune grower.

Prickle Hill now grows oranges, quinces, figs, plums, peaches, jujubes, lemons, loquats, olives and apricots. Fresh, preserved, or dried- Roy and James are committed to getting this wonderful produce from the farm to your table in the highest possible quality.

James Wallis, a Michelin accredited chef, started Green Anchor in 2019 with the belief that the food we eat can change the world. Each of Green Anchor products is thoughtfully created to prevent food waste.

Born in Argentina and having grown up in Australia, I always brought the Argentinian Asado to any aussie BBQ with this traditional sauce.

Chimichurri has always been a part of my life, helping me stay connected to Argentina and now get to share this part of Argentina with you all!

At the heart of Mimi's French Pastry's story lies the passion to make people smile. The pastry chef Mayumi Nagata, alias Mimi, creates customised cakes & individual comfort pastries by orders. She is specialised in French pastry twisted with an essence of Japan, Mayumi's country of origin.

The Honey Library

We’re a small-medium sized apery with just over 200 hives , located on the central coast at Lake Macquarie. Our Raw honey is collected from hives from Western Lake Macquarie, which ranges from Cooranbong to Blackalls Park.

We specialise in Monofloral honey which have distinct flavours depending on which tree or bush the nectar is from.
