Owned by Adrien and Cecile, Sacrebleu! is dedicated to baking the most authentic French cakes and biscuits using the most traditonal recipes and techniques. Sacrebleu! is partcularly well known for their range of Canelés de Bordeaux and Madeleines amongst other French delicacies.
Sergio’s Kitchen provides delicious handmade fresh desserts. We use the best and local suppliers and ingredients from Australia in order to make batches of donuts, cannoli’s, brownies, scrolls and Greek sweets. With no machines and no preservatives, these are all handmade by one pastry chef for the enjoyment of making delicious desserts with love.
We roast, flavour and make macadamia nut butters out of the nuts grown on the farm. We find the products are a healthy and rich pantry staple for gluten free and dairy free diets. Most products are vegan (except our cacao and honey butter) and all nuts are grown on our farm.
